Cathy with the Sun in Her Hair

My neighbor, Cathy, at FDR Park, in Yorktown Hts. NY, happy-go-lucky during sunset in October, 2010. Used surface blur and Topaz HD, amoung other things, to bring about a softer more artistic look.
