This is a digital composite image I created in a variety of programs and filters. I liked her expression here but the background didn't show off the market colors and textures. So, I used other photos to create a new background with a little more "pizazz".

Every Saturday, during certain seasons, there is a whole section of the city of Otovalo, used for market day. Sprawling booths, tables and fabric enclaves. One larger than the next, showcasing everything imaginable. From the Amazon River relics to the mountain wind instruments, it wound up here. Tapestry, masks, instruments, art, bugs, hats, rugs, jewelery, clothes, food and on and on.

Otovalo, Ecuador is 1.5 hours from the west coast of South America and 600 miles due east of the Galapagos Island Archipelago.
